Following a court trial, Jerry Dewayne Belue was convicted of one count of battery with intent to commit a serious felony (rape), I.C. §§ 18-903, -911, and one count of robbery, I.C. § 18-6501. Belue contends that the evidence was insufficient to prove the intent element required for robbery. He also challenges the reasonableness of the sentences imposed for both offenses.
