This personal injury suit arises from a vehicular accident. Plaintiffs appeal a jury verdict finding one plaintiff ten percent at fault, assessing total damages at $90,502.00, and refusing to award damages for loss of consortium, exemplary damages, statutory penalties or attorney's fees.
