SAIF seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board holding that claimant is entitled to a hearing on his claim for aggravation of a compensable injury. Because we agree with SAIF that the Board lacked jurisdiction to consider the claim, we vacate the Board's order and reinstate the referee's order. This case has a complex procedural history.
