Plaintiff-Appellant Roland Charles Eberhardt ("Eberhardt"), the father of decedent Allan Eberhardt, appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees San Pedro Peninsula Hospital and Dr. Larry Orosz.
