Relator, Enriqueta Bodenheimer, claims that the trial court's retroactive application of the repeal of La.Code Crim.P. art. 894 B in this case violated the Ex Post Facto Clauses of the federal and state constitutions. She asks this court to vacate her sentence and to remand for re-sentencing under the provisions of Article 894 B which existed at the time of her arrest.
