After a jury returned its verdict for Rolscreen Company (Rolscreen) during the first phase of a bifurcated trial, the district court1 dismissed the remaining counterclaims brought by Pella Products of St. Louis, Inc. (Products), one of Rolscreen's distributors, and entered judgment for Rolscreen. Products appeals from that judgment. We affirm.
