Hollanshead ("defendant"), appeals the decision of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of third-party defendant-appellee, Cadillac Motor Car Company and the General Motors Corporation (hereinafter "Cadillac/GMC") on plaintiff's third party complaint for breach of warranty and violation of Ohio's Lemon Law.
