In this proceeding, alleged paternal grandparents appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying their rule to order that the natural mother, Ann Marie Tuccio Arthur2, and her son, Taylor Tuccio, submit to blood tests for the purpose of determining paternity. We reverse and remand.
