Plaintiff, Hilda Danzey, was injured on June 5, 1991 as the result of an altercation with a minor resident of a group home which she managed. The group home is owned by Danzey's employer, Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries. She continued to work until November 27, 1991 at which point her treating chiropractor, Dr. Robert Boisvert, was of the opinion that Danzey was disabled indefinitely from performing her job.
