In this original proceeding pursuant to C.A.R. 21, we issued a rule directing the respondent, Boulder County District Court,1 to show cause why it should not be prohibited from unsealing the criminal justice records of the petitioner, E.J.R., which it ordered sealed by a final order more than two years earlier.
