Plaintiff Susan R. Byrd, a former associate in the defendant law firm of Harrison & Maguire, P.C. ("H & M"), sued H & M and various individual partners and associates for alleged sexual discrimination, unequal pay, and retaliatory discharge. The district court granted summary judgment for defendants on all claims, and Byrd appealed. As summary judgment was proper, we affirm.
