We granted certiorari to the Court of Appeals in Gordon County Farm v. Maloney, 214 Ga.App. 253, 447 S.E.2d 623 (1994), to determine the appropriate burden of proof for a claimant in a change in condition proceeding brought under OCGA § 34-9-104 of the Workers' Compensation Act.
