This is a consolidated appeal from a district court sentence which was imposed after the appellant, Robert W. Warden (Warden), offered two conditional guilty pleas based on a plea agreement with the prosecution for Clearwater County. Warden is an enrolled member of the Nez Perce Indian tribe.
