Hose against the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company ("CNW") under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60 ("FELA"). Hose worked as a welder at CNW's reclamation center in Council Bluffs, Iowa, from 1976
