ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for possession and delivery of less than twenty-eight grams of cocaine, and was found guilty on both counts by a jury. The trial court assessed punishment at thirty-five years imprisonment for possession of the controlled substance and twenty-five years for its delivery.
