The state appeals an order dismissing a charge of aggravated stalking on double jeopardy grounds. We reverse and remand for further proceedings. The question underlying this appeal is: Where a defendant is held in contempt for violating a domestic violence injunction, may the defendant be prosecuted later for a substantive offense stemming from the same conduct that gave rise to the contempt adjudication?
