Emanoil and Rodica Muresan appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Planet Insurance Company. The Muresans argue that Planet acted in bad faith while performing its duty to defend under a reservation of rights and that they have the right to enforce Planet's duty of good faith owed to its insured. The Muresans also argue that Planet's prohibited use clause is void as against public policy and is unenforceable under the Washington doctrine...
