PER CURIAM.

The appellant, S.W.M., a child, challenges the trial court's order adjudicating him delinquent for committing the act of escape. We affirm.

The state filed a petition against appellant charging him with escape from a halfway house in violation of section 39.112, Florida Statutes (1989).
