ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, John Wesley Harris, appeals his judgment of conviction for aggravated kidnapping, see Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 20.04 (Vernon 1989), and aggravated sexual assault. See Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon 1989). The jury rejected his plea of not guilty and assessed punishment at forty-five (45) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on each offense...
