Defendant appeals as of right from his jury conviction for indecent exposure as a sexually delinquent person. MCL 750.335a; MSA 28.567(1), MCL 750.10a; MSA 28.200(1). The trial court sentenced him to one day to life in prison, as prescribed by the statute. On appeal, defendant attacks that portion of the indecent exposure statute under which he was sentenced.
