The director of the Department of Motor Vehicles (department) revoked the driver's license of Russell J. Gausman for 90 days in accordance with the administrative license revocation statutes, Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 39-669.07 through 39-669.18 (Reissue 1988 & Cum.Supp.1992). The Lancaster County District Court reversed the director's order and remanded the case to the department with directions that Gausman's license be reinstated immediately. The...
