GONZALES, Judge.

The trial court's judgment in favor of defendant indicates a rejection of plaintiff's claim that he did not receive notice of the exclusions in the flood insurance policy. Further, in its written reasons for judgment, the trial court indicated that the plaintiff failed to produce sufficient credible evidence to support his claims against defendant.
