On January 4, 1991, defendant was convicted and sentenced, in absentia, to a prison term of 1 1/3 to 4 years and a $3,000 fine for each of two counts of driving while intoxicated, 1 1/3 to 4 years with no fine for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, and 15 days for failure to keep right.
