Acord appeals from the trial court's grant of Jones' motion for judgment on the pleadings.

Acord gave Jones two promissory notes which were secured by real property. The interest-bearing notes, which were payable in monthly installments and matured in five and ten years, were silent on the issue of prepayment. Acord attempted to pay them off prior to maturity by tendering the outstanding principal plus accrued interest. Jones refused the tender...
