This is an appeal from the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission.

At a hearing before an administrative law judge on January 22, 1992, it was stipulated that appellant suffered a compensable injury on February 6, 1989, that appellee paid temporary disability through August 1, 1990, and that appellee paid a 12 percent rating to the body subsequent to that date.
