SHEPHERD, J.
Defendants appeal by leave granted from a November 1, 1991, order of the trial court granting defendants partial summary disposition but denying summary disposition with regard to the balance of plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff cross appeals from the trial court's refusal to grant entry of a default judgment based on defendants' alleged failure to cooperate in discovery. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
