Plaintiff-Appellant John Grillo brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that his due process rights were violated in the course of a prison disciplinary hearing. Grillo's principal claim is that the urinalysis forms offered against him at his hearing to document his positive urine test for opiates were altered and falsified.
