Defendant First of America (FOA) seeks reversal of a June 27, 1991, order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed a hearing referee's decision granting plaintiff a closed award of benefits only, but ordered FOA to pay for her reasonable medical expenses until further order.
