Defendant pleaded guilty of one count of possession with intent to deliver between 250 and 650 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a) (ii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(ii), with a sentencing agreement of twenty to thirty years. In exchange, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss a higher charge of possession with intent to deliver more than 650 grams of cocaine. MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(i); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(i).
