LAZZARA, Judge.

Gregory Currelly appeals his judgments and sentences for second-degree felony murder and two counts of robbery with a firearm. We conclude that the trial court erred by failing to direct a judgment of acquittal at the close of the state's case-in-chief as to felony murder and one count of armed robbery.
