Ronald Lee Stewart appeals from the district court's1 order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Stewart argues that the district court erred in denying his request for an evidentiary hearing and his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm.
