PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Kenneth Joseph Mancini, appeals as of right from the circuit court's orders denying his appeal from his driver's license suspension and his motion for rehearing. We affirm.

Petitioner's driver's license was suspended in 1989 pursuant to § 320(1)(d) of the Vehicle Code, MCL 257.1 et seq.; MSA 9.1801 et seq., for accumulating twelve or more points within two years. In June 1990, petitioner committed another moving violation...
