Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendants. The circuit court determined it was without subject-matter jurisdiction to hear plaintiffs' case, which was based on the Whistleblowers' Protection Act (WPA), MCL 15.361 et seq.; MSA 17.428(1) et seq., because plaintiffs had already initiated an administrative action with the Department of Labor pursuant to the wage and fringe benefits...
