Eric Falls, Gregory Hedgewood, Gerald Bailey, and Anthony Johnson (the defendants) each entered conditional pleas of guilty to multiple drug-related charges. The defendants appeal the district court's1 denial of two pretrial motions in which they claimed that the government illegally engaged in intercepting oral communications and in conducting nonaudio video surveillance of an apartment that they occupied.
