The Second Injury Fund appeals by leave granted a December 11, 1991, opinion and order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, which required the fund to reimburse plaintiff's employer, Prompt Answering/DeBonte Electric (hereinafter Prompt), for a portion of compensation benefits it pays plaintiff.
