The petitioner, Denise Briand, appeals from a decision of the New Hampshire Department of Labor Compensation Appeals Board (board) finding she failed to prove that her medical condition arose out of and in the course of her employment with Mac-Mulkin Chevrolet. We reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand.
