SULLIVAN, Justice.

Following a jury trial, John Vance was found guilty of the murder1 of his mother, and sentenced to 60 years. In addition, he was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Murder,2 Robbery,3 and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.4 Vance was sentenced to thirty, twenty, and ten years respectively for these crimes.
