Plaintiff-Appellant Roland T. Ingels ("Ingels") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to his former employer, Thiokol Corporation, on three claims stemming from Ingels' release from Thiokol in a reduction in force ("RIF"). Ingels claims that Thiokol: 1) discriminated against him based on age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 623(a); 2) breached an implied-infact employment contract...
