CONNOR, J.

Defendant pleaded guilty but mentally ill to a charge of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and was sentenced to prison for ten to twenty-five years. He now appeals as of right. We affirm.

Defendant was on parole at the time he committed the armed robbery in question. He was arrested that day, and was held in jail on a parole detainer for eleven months until convicted and sentenced for the armed robbery. As this Court decided in People v...
