PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.

Defendant first contends that, as a minor who was arrested in California for a crime that occurred in Michigan, the statements he gave to the police are subject to scrutiny under California law. We review questions regarding conflicts of law de novo. See...
