SHEPHERD, J.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an April 29, 1992, order of the trial court granting defendants' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(4). The trial court ruled that plaintiff's premises liability claim was precluded by the exclusive remedy provision of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act. We reverse.
