NUCOR Corporation ("NUCOR") filed a diversity action seeking declaratory relief against Aceros Y Maquilas de Occidente, S.A. de C.V. ("Aceros") and United Steel Corporation ("United"). The district court granted NUCOR's motion for summary judgment. Aceros has appealed that decision. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
