Per Curiam.

On March 9, 1994, the respondent was convicted, upon a jury verdict, of manslaughter in the first degree. On April 6, 1994, the respondent was sentenced by the County Court, Orange County (Colabella, J.), to a term of 8 1/3 to 25 years imprisonment.

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law upon his conviction of a felony.
