Clifford Jones pled guilty to operating a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848(a). After Mr. Jones' sentencing, the government moved for a reduction in sentence of forty percent pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 35(b) to reflect Mr. Jones' continued assistance to the government. Mr. Jones filed a memorandum in support of the government's motion, but requested a greater reduction in sentence than that...
