Plaintiffs brought a § 1983 action seeking damages for violation of their constitutional rights, and pendant state law claims under the Texas Tort Claims Act against Defendants. The district court, Honorable Halbert O. Woodward, granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants. For the reasons discussed below we AFFIRM.
