Defendant-appellant, Moises Ramirez ("appellant"), appeals from the February 22, 1994 judgment entry of conviction in the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas for one count of rape, five counts of felonious sexual penetration, seven counts of gross sexual imposition, and one count of sexual imposition pursuant to R.C. 2907.02, 2907.12(A)(1)(b), 2907.05, and 2907.06, respectively.
