The defendants appeal an order of the Superior Court (Mohl, J.) granting the plaintiff's petition to quiet title to a certain tract of land. The defendants argue that the trial court erred in ruling that any interest held by them in the land had passed to the plaintiff, Riverwood Commercial Properties, Inc. (Riverwood), by virtue of adverse possession. We reverse and remand.
