Defendant appeals from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission. A workers' compensation magistrate found that plaintiff had failed to prove a compensable disability by a preponderance of the evidence. The WCAC reversed the decision, finding that plaintiff had proven a compensable disability. This Court denied defendant leave to appeal.
