Diane Brandmiller, Shane Evans, Jodie Kowalski, Wendy Miller and Pamela Rogers (collectively, Brandmiller1) appeal from an order granting summary judgment concluding that the City of West Allis Ordinance No. 10-18, City of Milwaukee Ordinance No. 900-41, City of Greenfield Ordinance No. 1691 and Village of Hales Corners Ordinance No. 90-16 are constitutional. Each ordinance prohibits "cruising."
