His sole argument on appeal is that the BIA erred in finding him deportable under the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2)(A)(ii), because he had been convicted of two crimes of moral turpitude "not arising out of a single scheme of criminal misconduct."
